Spiritual Lifestyle

So Living a spiritual life is seen as a path of being happy and at ease all the time but the reality is far from that perception. In fact, navigating the challenges of remaining in a positive state while dealing with mental health disorders and doing healing work can be incredibly difficult.

Even tho I’m fully committed to my spiritual journey, the pressure to maintain a sense of peace and positivity can feel overwhelming at times. The expectation to always be in a state of bliss can create a sense of guilt or inadequacy when negative emotions or challenges shows up.

Add to that the daily struggle of managing mental health disorders, such as anxiety and Borderline PD, and the road to spiritual growth seems like an uphill battle. The inner turmoil and emotional turmoil that comes with these disorders can make it difficult to stay grounded and connected to the Divine. Despite these challenges, I continue to do the great work of healing and transformation within myself i have face my own struggles head on, using my spiritual practices as a source of strength and guidance

It takes courage to confront the darkness within myself and healing and hoping to inspire others to heal themselves as well. It requires a deep commitment to personal growth and a willingness to face the uncomfortable truths that comes along the way and Living a spiritual life is not always a path of rainbows and sunshine. It is a journey filled with ups and downs, challenges and triumphs, moments of despair and moments of profound joy. It is a path that requires diligence, self awarenes, and a willingnes to confront the shadows that is within.

People in our world that often misunderstands the true nature of their journey caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, constantly seeking success, wealth, and status constantly chasing after the next big thing that will bring them temporary happiness.

Spirituality is about understanding that there is something greater than ourselves at work in this universe bigger than your small little plans. It is about recognizing the Divine within us and seeking your Truth and becoming part of the Greater plan its about living in the present moment, to appreciate the beauty of the world around us, and to be grateful for the blessings we have been given. It is about finding peace and acceptance within ourselves, no matter what may be happening around us

“Because of this unawareness of what is real, it is almost impossible for you to fathom where you fit into the larger picture. What your true calling is. Life has a plan, but you aren’t aware of the plan or your place in it. This situation can be very frustrating: not knowing why you are here. Or who you truly are. It leads to depression, anxiety about the future and loneliness. Even in a crowd, we are alone. We don’t know how to become one with the crowd. How to belong.” ┬░TPT_Awakening of the soul book
